We're increasing both enemies and allies hit up to 3 while lowering its cooldown reduction to further differentiate good and great casts of Falling Sword.

Developer Comment: To her credit, Johanna has not needed many changes since she was first released into the Nexus. Her talent pick and win rates have been fair compared to most heroes, and she has almost always had a place in the meta. While she is not in dire need of changes, we saw an opportunity to spruce up her talent tree and give her some more interesting options to choose from on various tiers.

- Abilities that block pathing, such as Sonya's Arreat Crater and Tassadar's Force Wall, will no longer block Johanna's movement during Falling Sword.

Developer Comment: We want to make some basic improvements to a lot of the lesser-picked/lower win-rate Heroic Abilities. Most of these are pretty simple changes to make them more enticing, like adding more damage, reducing cooldowns, or lowering Mana costs. We realize that the primary use case for Abilities like Li Li's Water Dragon or E.T.C.'s Stage Dive is not damage, but having more of it might help them feel more effective. We're trying to do something a little bit different with Brightwing's Emerald Wind and Malfurion's Twilight Dream by compensating for some of the Support capability you miss out on by picking these Heroics. We're excited to see how these go! In Thrall's case, Sundering was a little too strong, so we're reducing its stun duration.

Developer Comment: Johanna is powerful right now, and we think a large part of her strength is due to her ability to quickly clear large Minion waves. We also felt that the stun duration on her Blessed Shield could be frustrating to play against during the mid-game. Players who are looking to get that extra stun duration back can elect to build into it at level 20.
